Mother Madri’s Cheesecake


Taken from Dec. 1997 issue of the Brijabasi Spirit

Crust
l/2 C. ww flour 1/4 C. oats
1/4 C. chopped nuts 1/4 C. brown sugar 1/4 C. butter

Cake
3 8oz. cream cheese, softened
l/2 stick butter, softened
11/2 cups sugar
2 Tbs. egg replacer
l/2 C. plain yogurt
2 Tbs. lemon juice

Bake crust alone in springform pan at 300° for 15 min.
Add filling. Bake at 300° for 1/2 hours.
