Invitation to the New Vrindaban Community

~“Living Will Writing Workshop”~

The purpose of a living will is to have a written legal record of our wishes concerning any treatment that will unnecessarily prolong life. A living will is a signed, dated, and witnessed document and serves as an advance directive should we be unable to express our desires if treatment is required in case of terminal illness, after surgery or in case of a serious accident.

· Saturday, April 28, 2007 – 5:30 pm-7pm

· Monday, May 7, 2007 – 5:30 pm – 7pm

· Town Meeting Room in Lower Lodge

*Please bring a pen/pencil… living will form will be
provided.

*This workshop is free – love donations kindly accepted.
